Ofrah Muflahi is a senior nurse and health leader with over two decades of NHS experience. As the founding director of BANMA, she advocates for representation and empowerment of Arab nurses and midwives across the UK. She has served as Professional Lead at the Royal College of Nursing and a Non-Executive Director in the NHS. Her humanitarian work includes leading over 30 health missions supporting injured children in Gaza, coordinating medical evacuations and international partnerships.
